my butt is very flat at the top and round at the bottom i do lunges and squats well i just started anything else i can do to get the top rounder!!! help please.....

Try Piltes it will help with the top half of your body and make the curves more pronounced.

I'm afraid lunges and squats are about the only thing you can do. Train all your body, eat well and hope for the best results. Remember Rome was not built in a day, so it will take time, just be consistent with your training and diet and everything will be fine

Do these backwards leg lifts. You simply stand with your hands on your hips and raise your leg behind you as high as you can. Do several reps on each leg. As you do these you will feel the fat that is over your butt at the base of your back scrunch up, this is fat that you want to lose. In a few weeks you will notice that you have more defined gluts and a lower back. Good luck to you.

Those are great lifts for tightening your buns. Just keep it up and I guarantee that you'll start noticing results. You could also do incline cardio...if you can use an elliptical trainer or treadmill with an incline, make it high and run on it, that helps too.
