find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

It is possibleto lose 2 lbs in a week. My best advice is to start staying away from red meat, don't eat after 7pm, exercise about an hour a day (running on treadmill or at a track is the best exercise), and drink plenty of water.Watch what you eat, try to eat alot of fruits and veggies. I personally noticed that when I exercise and work out a sweat i crave healthy food. I hope this advice helps you out :)

Calories. If you are maintaining a weight, then your caloric intake equals caloric use. Look at you diet. Find something that equals about 500 calories and don't consume it. Drink more water. Just plain ole tap water. Even a small increase in physical activity can result in burning more calories. Do more walking. Take the stairs. Do chair exercises.
Most importantly, keep a positive attitude.

As a teen myself i understand your dilemma, put anything you feel you think is right, make sure you break the food into little pieces and savor the food, don't eat to eat...eat to enjoy the food, also wait for the food to reach the bottom of your stomach you can feel it if you pay attention, then you eat another piece. and for exercise its simple, just take a 15 -30 minute walk (power walk) 60 minutes is more than good, but the my science teacher said 15-20 is good also...so you pick, im doing 25 mins...and you should see results trust me...on this already lost 1 pounds and its only been 4 days...well because i kinda starve myself but dont copy me.

DONT FORGET TO EAT BREAKFAST it kicks starts your metabolism and keeps it going throughtout the day. Try having a bowl of cereal in the morning or instead have 2 eggs. Drink lots of water so youll stay fuller longer and not eat as much throughout the day

This site below tells about that. Those foods do not have salt and salt has no calories but makes you fat. Look under water retention weight. Salt is not a food.

Go on a little jog as much as you can, or just a walk, its good for you and you get outdoor time. or you could do some crunches before you go to bed or when you wake up. Oatmeal, OJ, and fruit for breakfast .Salad and something else for lunch, and salad and another thing for dinner. Lunch...Pb and J, veggies, fruit, juice , and maybe a little treat to reward yourself.
