Remote start the car accidently left in gear by a friend who moved your car the night before. Hit the remote and watch your car open up the back of the house or drive itself crashing onto the street. Only have a car alarm installer do the work remember your car won't start untill the clutch is depressed. Do you think there are many thiefts of 15 year old Sentras?

remote starters will work for any car, manual or Automatic, the problem is, its not only unsafe, its illegal to put a remote starter in a car with a manual transmission, on that note, good luck getting any auto shop to put it in ur car, most will turn u down because of liability issues.

Most remote starters will only start cars with automatic transmissions because the clutch has to be engaged on a 5spd for it to start.

I hate to sound like an a$$ hole here, but you should really just read the instructions.
If you aren't mechanically inclined then you should take it to a local car audio place that does installations. Or if you find a local auto mechanic that is running slow, they might even install it for you.
