There is no "dress code" at Kingdom Halls of Jehovah's Witnesses, although extreme cases of foul stench or disgraceful uncleanness will rarely be long tolerated.

At their meetings in the United States, most Witness men wear jacket and tie and most women wear dress or skirt. Congregation meetings on Sunday mornings are generally at 9:30 or 10. Many Kingdom Halls are shared, and the first Sunday afternoon meeting is typically at 1:pm.

Come as you are. Of course it is better not to wear a halter top:D. Respectfull is important. Case in point, years ago a friend of my Mom's who was very uninhibited came and removed her top to nurse. While various ones were upset, remember we brothers try to not let our hormones go nuts, they realised it was an honest mistake because she clearly had respect and just didn't get that taking her top off would cause a problem.

As for times, they do vary but I know that most of the ones in my area start at 10AM.

Hope you enjoy yourself. Remember, if you have a question, ask it, There are NO dumb questions, accept maybe some on here:D

Newcomers are always very welcome to attend with Jehovah's Witnesses at the Kingdom Hall. In lands where Western-style garb is worn, young men usually wear dress slacks, a dress shirt, a tie, and a jacket. Young women usually wear a dress or a skirt and blouse. Similar apparel is also worn in the door-to-door preaching work. Fortunately, your clothes need not be plentiful or the latest in fashion. They should be neat and clean.

Even if your clothing does not measure up to what it should be at first, you still will be welcome at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

The apostle Paul counseled: “I desire that in every place the men carry on prayer, lifting up loyal hands, apart from wrath and debates. Likewise I desire the women to adorn themselves in well-arranged dress, with modesty and soundness of mind, not with styles of hair braiding and gold or pearls or very expensive garb, but in the way that befits women professing to reverence God.” (1 Timothy 2:8-10.) Proper dress and behavior at our gatherings honor Jehovah God, his worship, and our fellow worshippers.

If you would like further information or a free home Bible study, please get in touch with Jehovah's Witnesses at the local Kingdom Hall. If you have a phone book available - you can generally find the number under "Churches." Or visit their official web site - http://www.watchtower.org

I was a member for some time. They like it if you dress formal. Dresses for ladies. Suit and tie for guys. They won't say anything if you don't but they just prefer that you do.

Glad to see you are 'happy'.
Chances are great you'll get in at the beginning if you show up at 10 A.M. or 1 P.M.
Dress?
Clothes are required.
What kind?
They like the word 'dignified'.
They'll be happy to see you if you wear jeans, but they prefer you wear something business-like.

I don't think Jehavah, or God , or anybody else cares what you wear. Go there to learn about the beliefs and help find yourself...not to show your outfit. The poorest, cheapest, and unusually dressed are not less loved in this life.
