I have, they are nice. They are comparable to the ones that other websites offer. I've seen some from Shutterfly and Snapfish and they weren't too different from the Walmart ones that I have!

I have not seen a WalMart photobook, but I did one at www.bephotobooks.com, and it looks great. The software isn't very intuitive, but after I got it going, it was fun to design, and it was printed and back to me in 5 days, over a weekend at that.
I don't know how it compares price-wise. I did 12x12" leather cover, 40 pages for 59.99 plus shipping.
I also saw a small brag book from Snapfish that was pretty good, but it was just a few pages in a spiral binding. I imagine they make bigger ones.
