Not at all. I think it's hysterical in its absolute inaccuracy, true. I think it makes a great way to spread sarcasm around when arguing with Christians who disgree with it and me. I also think it's a thing of beauty. Where else in the world can you see such diversity in beliefs? Not many places. I'm almost viciously happy to see it go up because that means people are free to believe what they want to such a monumental extent no matter how ridiculous it seems to the rest of us.
Yes, it's a lie. Yes, it's a perfect vehicle to help some parents spread misinformation to their children. Yes, it's going to cause some problems when younger attendees go back to school and come into conflict with their teachers when they learn about dinosaurs. However, it's their right to do so and I fully support that right. Doesn't mean I won't laugh or make fun (Muffie is a bad Buddhist), but it does mean that I'm glad to see that people feel free to exercise their right to believe what I think is really stupid.

I do not understand why people are sickened by this. There are museums all over the World, dedicated to things like Baked Beans, Air Sickness Bags, Lawnmowers, Super Hero Food and the Banana, as well as many more. I imagine if people think it is silly or don't like they just choose to not go to it.
As for it being embarrassing for society...I'm sure there are many more things to be embarrassed about, including some of the afore mentioned museums.
Quote from another "I weep for the future of humankind" are you kidding me? it's a museum! grow up!
Muffie: That is an awesome point of view :)

From the web site it looks like a pretty small time operation. What’s all the fuss about?
What does it say about our society? It says we believe in freedom of expression.
What does it mean for the future of science. Absolutely nothing. I can’t believe any of you seriously think that it does.
Methinks some of you protest too much, but of course I know why. Great antichristian propaganda value this little nothing of an exhibit?

Do they really claim that Noah had dinosaurs on his ark? How did you find that out? I haven't been able to find out hardly anything about the exhibits they're showing.
I'm withholding judgement until I find out for sure.

It seems strange when you have a good doctrine like the Universal Theology of the New Jerusalem by Swedenborg.

Absolutely. It's embarassing that this is something that 60% of my own country beleives... This place is just designed to catch little kids and trick them at a young age. Little kids like dinosaurs, they ask about them, christians have no answer, christians alter their story yet again to include dinosaurs.

If this sickens you, just think about the real problems in the world for a litle while and this might not seem so bad.
