Will i lost 41 ponds in 5 weeks.
by sticking to a 200 calories diet,
i was 187 now I'm 146
no exercise.
but never cheat,
i had shop and watery stuff that doesn't put on Waite,

being a veggie..make sure you are taking a full range vitamin complex.....eat six small meals a day instead of three big ones...do not eat after 7 pm regardless....lots of fresh water....walking 20 min a day.....lots of fresh veggies and add pickles to your diet....summer fruits...they help your body shed pounds...such as melons...hope it helps...
