I've used lime wire for over 1 month now and now, every time i try to download something nothing happens, I type in a file name or music name, it comes up, i double click it and press download. NOTHING i even tried rebooting my comp nothing still and then i tried reinstalling this in all of the Lime Wire Versions...I don't know whats wrong but it has to do w/ something with the LimWire or the Internet. Please help!

Delete and then download Frostwire, it was made by the same person the designed limewire but without the public view and connections and scrutiny that has been coming towards limewire.

Limewire usually configures itself on install. have you a firewall and have you checked it will allow limewire access to the secure zone, to download files? Also if you use a download manager switch it off/tell it to ignore limewire downloads and just use the normal download facilities for limewire.

try this if you are running Norton or any antivirus software turn it off by your clock, right click the icon and select disable then try again I'm sure it will work then.
