That is just telling you that the burn failed, not that it failed because it was too fast. If you have been burning discs for a while now, on these same brand of blanks, and suddenly have problems, try defragmenting your c: drive and making sure you have a couple gigs of free space left on your comp. If the problems persist, you will need to uninstall Nero, delete the nero folder from your Program Files folder, reboot, then reinstall nero.

Try burning at the next lowest speed. You may have a buffer overrun/underrun causing that burn error. Miscommunication with Nero and your OS, or CD-RW.
