Some girl 26 yr old, live in INDIA, have done her B.Sc maths, always good in studies, have faced 3 yr GAP in her studies after her graduation because of her MOTHER'S severe sickness for 3 yrs.
Now her father is FORCING her emotionally, to get married as her age of marriage has come.
He has DENIED COMPLETELY TO PAY HER FEES for further studies though HE IS ENOUGH RICH to do that.
He says now he will spend only for her marriage nothing other than that.
BUT she want to do 3yr MCA course before getting married because ....she know she will not be able to study after her marriage as she know her nature that.....she can't study in unfavourable & difficult situations &
SHE DON'T WANT TO RISK HER CARRIER BY GETTING MARRIED BEFORE COMPLETION OF STUDIES.
There is no other financial support for her other than her father.

MY QUESTION IS :::::----------IS THERE ANY LAW ENFORCEMENT TO HELP SUCH 26 YR OLD UNMARRIED GIRL IN LEGAL SYSTEM OF INDIA?

She should try to talk to her father first and try to make him understand that its for her sake of future its important to complete her higher studies.
I can understand her fathers responsibilities too and his concerns.
She also need to talk to her future husband regarding her concerns if all those failed then i suppose she is old enough to choose her path. She need to move out of her house and get her self a part time job and pay for her study. I think this will be very difficult situation. So I will suggest her again to be calm and try to negotiate. I don't think any country has a law(s) that would compel (force) a parent to financially support a child that has reached the age of adulthood. If this "girl" will not be able to study once married what makes her think that she would be able to practice a career for what she studied for, after a marriage? Therefore, why waste money on studying at all! If she plans never to wed then she should study her brains out, but to ask her father for financial assistance for these studies with the promise of marrying afterwards is bogus, especially if she said she will not have time to study if married! No time to study if married equals no time to practice career if married!

Try to convince father. Or get married. 26 is the correct age. For arranged marriage 29 would be on the wrong side.He is asking only for her betterment.

in India.. the girl has entered into the right age for marriage and her father's concerns are not entirely misplaced. may be her father is not using the right method to make her understand. ideally.. it would be great if she can continue her studies after marriage. and its not that difficult.. she should try to talk to the boy before marriage and tell him about her career plans. a sensible boy would agree to them.. and if one doesnt.. then he is not worth getting marrying to.

Yes there are laws. But it will be difficult for her to accept.
First she has to get a place to stay, her father will not allow her to stay in his house if she does not obey him. Even the law enforcement officer visit their house she will be illtreated. and her further education will be vanished once for all.
It therefore make her father to understand and accept the wish of daughter.
