130-145 lbs is ok for you. Anything below 125 or above 145 and you are going to start having problems.
I am 5'5" with a medium build and 20 pounds overweight. I got down to 130 one time and my family freaked out. So, I figured out that the best weight for me is 140-145lbs. Numbers aren't the main issue though...be sure to check your body mass index (BMI) and keep it at a healthy level.

the scale for female weight is
100 lbs at 5 ft.
and for every inch after that...5 lbs more....
...and 5 above or below that number is the healthy range.
for instance....
you are 5'6 so
100 + 5(6) = 130
130-5= 125 or 115+5=135
so you should be in between 125 and 135 lbs =)

ok someone answered earlier with the correct formula but had the weight range wrong so..
100 lbs for 5 feet is "ideal".
+add 5lbs per inch after 5 feet.
so 5x5=125lbs.
Now--take * 10% * of the "ideal" body weight (125 for you), which is 12.5lbs, and add and subtract it from your IBW.
125-12.5lbs = 112.5 lbs
125+12.5lbs = 137.5lbs
That means 112.5 to 137.5 lbs is your "healthy" weight range.
No formula is perfect--you could be very muscular and weigh more, have more water weight, whatever, but it is a good guideline to go by!

About 9 stone 1 pound. I'm the same height as you, but I'm 28. That's my ideal weight though. (According to the Boots weighing machine! lol! )

136 - 140. That is a healthy weight. 117- 120 is too low and 160 -164 is getting too unhealthy.
