You would be open to most scholarships that are open to public and private school kids, unless they're tied to a "club" that you're not in (FBLA, that sort of thing)...but honestly, even if you were in ps you wouldn't be eligible if you didn't participate in the club :-)

Have your mom type up a transcript and GPA (yes, it's legit) and start applying - that's what ps kids do, except the school types up the transcript. Tell them things that you've done that go above and beyond, any service projects you've been involved in, classes you've taken (hs, co op, whatever) that would go along with what their particular bent is.

Your education is just as legitimate as those who have a school type up their transcript. However, you do have to get it out there and ask for the money :-) There are resources at your library to get you started, and go ahead and google "college scholarships". There are several colleges that are scouting homeschoolers, many that have money set aside for homeschoolers to claim. My son is prepping for a university in our city that does that.

Good luck!

verify to work out what's attainable on your section - in ours, there's a homeschool league that performs interior the city league (the two aggressive and rec) against inner maximum and public faculties. there have been particularly some scouts finding out the little ones on the communities, and a few are growing to be some effective promises. i might verify with the homeschool communities on your section to establish what's attainable so a ways as activities. so as to get a scholarship you will would desire to learn the technical performs (which you won't regularly pay as plenty interest to in streetball), yet you look inspired adequate to convey it :-) wish that facilitates - and strong success!

Homeschool mom gave great answers... I just wanted to add that if your parents work for large corporations, check to see if there are scholarship funds for employees's children. Both the company I work for and the one my husband works for have such funds that my daughter plans to apply for.

Also, we keep a portfolio of her accomplishments-- subjects she's tackled, classes she's taken, logging volunteer hours, clubs and extra curricular activities, standardized test scores, etc.; this may help should you need to interview for a scholarship or while applying for colleges.

Good luck

All of them should be open to you.
Just research them and apply. If you have special abilities or interests, you might get a scholorship for that.
