Can Employers see that you got fired in your background check although you did not say on your application?

Employers can see if you were fired only if your former employer, who fired you, puts it in your permanent record. Or if your employer calls that former employer.

There's noplace they can just look and see that you got fired. If they call your former employer, the employer might tell them, but most won't, will just say you don't work there any more.
