Saw a new treatment advertised on the TV tonight. A Cream but it has a special adapter, where you fill the adapter with cream, inset and push cream out through various holes in the adapter. I reckon this will be easier than the usual cream application. However the best cure is surgery, but try not to let it go 'that' far if you can.

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/zwgVu
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.

Get lots of fiber and water in your diet.

Try to avoid use of products that cause friction (like dry harsh toilet paper).

Don't strain and go with the flow (if you know what I mean:).
