I'm not sure what it is... It's like several small lumps, smaller than acne spots, and it's flesh-coloured with no pus. They're all over my friend's forehead... Been there as an every-day thing.

I recommended clearasil, it's all I could think of, but that didn't do anything. Maybe some oxytetracycline pills or something...

Does anyone know what it is? How can it be treated?

Instead of telling your friend how to self treat, recommend that he/she see a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. You can't successfully treat something when you don't know what it is! In fact, self treatment can make the situation worse and even lead to scarring. There is no way anyone, not even a doctor, can tell your friend or you what these lumps are without a visual examination. Please have your friend see a dermatologist.
