This unit uses 3 picture tubes (red, green, blue), usually with the low quality units that samsung is known for, people dont get them repaired due to poor support and quality.

I recommend getting a new unit, preffered to be a Sony,Toshiba,Panasonic...

your green bulb is burned out ...if ur tv is still under warrenty you can have samsung fix it. you might be able to get one at a tv repair shop but it would be pretty hard to install your self

i had the same problem about a year ago, what had happened was my convergence module blew, idk if it was red or green, but i took it to a TV repair shop and it cost around $300 to repair. which is alot less then a new TV. it is expected to last around 3 more years and then i plan to upgrade, when LCD and plasma prices drop.

Might be cheaper to get a new TV?
