I really need to impress my boyfriend of 3 years on our anniversary date. Why? So that it will raise the bar and I know on my birthday it will be sextacular. So I need a date plan so perfect it will seem like it popped out of a movie scene.

I took my gf to New York. Didn't tell her, called her boss and made sure that she could get the time off. Picked her up from work, went to the airport, I had packed her bathroom things and a few clothes that I knew she would want. We stayed a few blocks from Times Square. The next morning we took a helicoopter ride around the Statue of Liberty. It was only a long weekend, but it was the world to her.

If he likes sports take him to a huge game (like an opener or when the team is playing a rival).

Or if you know his boss...give him a call and explain that you want to wisk him away for the weekend. Request the day off-Pick him up from work (with his bag packed) and take him to a place you've both never been too. I am sure he'd appreciate how thoughtful and creative you are!
