Hello, please the pimples on my back bother me, like when i scratch them I start to bleed there and they get worse when I don't clean the spots with alcohol every night after shower. The problem is that I can not reach them very well cuz I'm only 5'11" medium arms. thank u

Get yourself a backscratcher at the dollar store, wrap the end with cotton, saturate it with your alchohol & rub away!

Neutrogina makes an acne body scrub. Use a washcloth while you're in the shower. Holding a corner of the wash cloth, flip it over your shoulder and reach up behind your back with your free hand. Grab the opposite corner of the cloth and proceed cleaning your back. You can cover the whole surface of your back this way.

you should probably be using an acne wash in the bathroom...that way, you don't have to be reaching your back using your hands.
