Ok so here's my dilema. We just moved into an upstairs apartment in a really nice neighborhood. I was standing in the kitchen last week and noticed the teenage girl next door changing her clothes with the blinds and windows wide open (and when I say changing, I mean she was standing there completely naked). I thought to myself "Oh geez, she would be so embarrassed if anyone saw her" and I walked away without thinking much about it. A few nights later as I was closing the blinds at night I noticed she was laying on her bed in just her panties. I'm married and have a 9 year old son. This day in age how do you approach this? Igorning it seems dangerous, running the off chance risk of my husband finding himself in legal issues for seeing an underage girl changing, and non-legal issues of my 9 year old watching her change or lounge around in next to nothing. If it were ~my~ teenage daughter, I'd want to know - but I know not all parents are the same.

Yes .... let them know ...but present it as a safety issue .... with all the wackos running loose today ... if one were to get a eye full ... he may want more that just a good look.....

See if that works ... I can't think of a parent who would not be greatful for the tip and purchace some blinds for the daughters window ......

But with my luck ... the apt would be a voyer dorm thing and I'd be cramping the filming style .... hahahah

Good Luck !

I'd definitely let them, or preferably her, know. It may be a bit embarassing for her but she'd rather know and be able to prevent it in the future. Plus youre very right to be concerned about your husband and son seeing her!

I would call the police and let them tell the parents. Maybe that will be enough to embarrass her into not doing something so silly again. Also, they won't know you are the one who called and can't "shoot the messenger. Good luck and best wishes.

write a letter put it on her door step saying that,

hi i was just walking by and i noticed you in your window and saw you have a nice figure maybe we could meet up sometime

and then write an age that is twice as old as her and a fake number and hopefully she will get the hint to close her blinds

Lower your blinds and notify her parents. Do not say anything to the girl yourself.

Quit being a chicken and talk to her parents. If she lives alone leave her a note saying she is being watched when she does this, by some seedy type of people. She will think twice.

NONONOONONO!

DON'T DO THAT!

What u have to do is find a way to tell HER w/o ANYONE ELSE knowing.

Write her a note and make sure that only she reads it. promise to her that u didn't tell anybody.

that way, she will only feel awkward around ONE PERSON(you) instead of going around for the rest of her life wondering WHO saw her.

lucky ur a woman, or that would be a problem...

i'd let her parents know about it. she may not know you can see her but, she may also be a bit of an exibitionist. either way, her parents should know .
