The best way is to change your eating plan to a healthier one. There are some foods which are classiffied into negative calories foods. These foods have very few calories compared to the calories that our body needs to digest it.
The most popular negative calories ingredients are:
Apricot
Watermelon
Cucumber
Celery
Tomato
Lettuce
Onions and Garlics
Mandarin Oranges
Melon
Cabbage
Combine them into salad (with low fat dressing) and eat them frequently. This will help in your weight loss. Of course these foods ain't magical and you can't lose weight if you don't develop a healthy living style.
Just remember the equation is Calories output must be greater than calories intake. So try to increase your output (consuming negative calories foods, more walking) and reduce your intake (avoid fatty foods).
Good luck

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Well, gym is doesn't really mattet...
But you can walk every day for 30 minutes or exercies in your home, or jogging. You can do these exercises with your friend, so that won't be boring.
Then you do not have to eat a lot, just agree with your requirements, and try not to eat junk food.
Third, you can have appointment with your doctor, then she/he will suggest a beter way to lose your weight.
Those are my ideas, hope they will help you.
Good Luck

Well, if you have urges to eat or binge, I suggest gargling minty mouthwash, and waiting 15 minutes. Your urge to eat should go away. Also, a good excersize to do in your home is crunches. you can do them while watching TV! All you have to do is lay down in front of the TV, but you cant se it laying down so try doing crunches to see it. Or hold yourself up with your abs.
