Sounds simple but flossing daily helps. Your gums will bleed the first few times but over time it will go away. Also check out www.howtotreatgingivitis.com. Hope this helps.

Brushing your teeth twice a day is where to start. Make sure you floss daily. Brushing cannot get the bacteria between the tooth and gums, which is a major source of bad breath. If you do this and you still have a problem. Try eating a piece of fruit in the mornings. Citrus is best. Make sure you get your teeth cleaned regularly. Once every 6mths is best. Hope this helps.

SIMPLY BRUSHING AND FLOSSING DAILY CAN HELP A LOT, BUT A VISIT TO YOUR DENTIST IS BEST TO REMOVE DEPOSITS OF TARTAR ON THE TEETH.
