Brushing your teeth twice a day is where to start. Make sure you floss daily. Brushing cannot get the bacteria between the tooth and gums, which is a major source of bad breath. If you do this and you still have a problem. Try eating a piece of fruit in the mornings. Citrus is best. Make sure you get your teeth cleaned regularly. Once every 6mths is best. Hope this helps.

I am a dental assistant and you will have to have a deep cleaning first at a dentist office and after that if you keep up regular brushing and flossing the problem will be aleviated
