Whoa. Tsunami victims? So now it's God's fault that people CHOOSE by FREE WILL to live in places that have had ongoing NATURAL DISASTERS since the beginning of time? Need I mention that these Natural disasters have ultimately created and shaped our Globe in order to create life? Are you that brainstemmed? And yes this includes anyone involved in wild forest fires, floods, hurricaines -- Katrina especially, people living in tornado valley, near mudslides, people who build their homes on coasts, lakes, ocean fronts...etc....it's called THAT's LIFE, pal. And it's all **** that has been going on since the beginning of time and will continue to do so. I live along a major fault line area along the Mississippi river, baby and if I end up in an earth quake I will be the last to cry WHY ME GOD, WHY ME?????

Why do you blame it all on God? There will come a day when the Lord will return and cleanse this world of all sin and all suffering. "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away" (Rev. 21:4).

Sin brought suffering, disease, war, cruelty and every kind of abomination into the world. As long as sin exists, so will these things and the fact that we are human makes us all vulnerable to them. God did not create them and neither is He indifferent to them. He sent His Son the Lord Jesus Christ to deal with the problem at the root. As long as men refuse Him as the solution, we will have the problems.

God allows suffering sometimes, and we don't always know why, but because He is good we can trust He knows what's best.

Sometimes innocent people are killed in natural disasters. It doesn't necessarily mean they are being punished for something.

The world in your eyes should be smaller than the bark of acacia and the clippings of wool. Seek instruction from those who preceded you before those who follow you take instruction from you, and keep aloof from it realising its evil because it cuts off even from those who were more attached to it than you.

You are thinking of death as a punishment but if you get to go to heaven then death is a reward.
