Try using the capri length footless tights under your shorts. It won't add much heat and it will stop the friction.

Try soft pajama pants if you're on the treadmill at home or very light, soft cotton pants if you're going to the gym.

I have this problem too.

One thing I have tried is rubbing some cornstarch on my thighs, this is lo tech and a little messy, I just saw a new product in a catalog and have ordered it but it hasn't arrived yet but it looks promising and it isn't very expensive

It is called BODYGLIDE:

Bodyglide, as recommended by the previous poster. I use it all the time for marathons, Ironman, etc.

You should be able to find it mailorder, the web, or any running shop.

it's probably from the weight gain from the baby.. you will either have to just wait until you are not pregnant and lose that baby fat, don't use the treadmill, or try different kinds of shorts.. try spandex or loose shorts or something.. good luck!!
