No they do not have to be deported just for being arrested.
What makes you think that this country doesn't belong to everyone...Its a free country! Yes you have your freedom to speech but who is listening to you?
Why are you so worried with them getting deported? Are they bothering you? Are they up in your face threatening you? I dont think so! There are good ones and bad ones yes. But there are good and bad white/black people too. GET OVER IT ALREADY

The new Arizona immigration law should serve as a complete and total embarrassment to 0bama and his plebeians for failing to do their job. But then the laws of the United States have never been of any consequence to 0bama and his plebeians. The American People need to come to a very rapid conclusion that we need to clean house in Washington. Too many Democrats have for too long ignored the problem of illegal immigration because illegal immigrant's have been very generous contributors to the Democratic coffers over the years.

That is such a simple question but has never been answered. All it would take to stop this problem or at least slow it down, would be to begin enforcing the laws we already have on the books and maybe increase the penalties for employers.
Even though I have no real answer for you I will give you a star for the question we should all ask our government.

You are correct, if the existing laws were enforced we wouldn't be having the problems we are right now. We don't need a new bill. We just need to enforce our current laws. That is why I am voting for Tom Tancredo. He really cares about illegal immigration and will take care of the problem. Bush is doing nothing, in fact he is in favor on giving AMNESTY to millions of illegal aliens. I have always supported Bush but no longer. We want our borders secured. Funding is in place for a fence to be built, yet it doesn't get built. NO AMNESTY!!!!!!!! Americans are sick and tired of this and we are going to make our voices heard. Please everyone, do your part. E-mail your senators and congressman, sign petitions, and join the NO AMNESTY march on June 14th, 15th, and 16th.

People that want to enforce immigration laws are just dreaming
an imposable dream. It can't be done. Its out of hand and its too
big. Learn another language like the Native Americans had to
do when the whites came to this land. Live with it.

I've heard that enforcing the immigration bill being shoved down our throats by Ted Kennedy would cost us over 2 Trillion. I would prefer they do not address the illegals in this bill and just give that money over to enforcing the laws on the books. The illegals will take care of themselves.

Now that's common sense
We already gave the Amnesty in 1986
We're still waiting for the enforcement
We dont need new laws

If you enforce any of the existing immigration laws, Amnesty International and some human-rights groups will come and trash talk our government.

Enforcing existing laws is *the* solution. A far as I can tell, we don't enforce them because Bush has decided not to at the federal level, and the people who might the enforce the laws at the state and local level are afraid they'd be called "racist."
