Palestine for sure. For years the Israeli denied the existence of the people of Palestine. The Israeli leaders now call for a Palestinian state but they want to keep occupying land that was never part of Israel and there is not one nation is willing to recognize that the occupied land is an Israeli land. So who is wining is the freedom side. Occupying other people by force is losing policy in the past and now and has no future.

Israel. In the beginning of the conflict, there was an Israel and a Palestine under the UN Partition Plan. Now there is no Palestine, since the Palestinians attacked the Israelis and the Israelis won. Yes, there is still fighting, but no, the Palestinians aren't starting to win anything back.
And yes, Adamska, America fully supports Israel. It was really feuled by 9/11, when there were videos of the Israelis mourning for our relatives, and the Palestinians handing out candy. I know not everyone is like that, but it's the sad truth that some people are.

This really isn't a war in the classical sense, and there is no real winner. Everyone wins when we achieve peace, and everyone loses until we do. I guess the only thing to compare is quality of life, and right now Israel's quality of life is much higher than that of the Palestinians, so I suppose Israel is in a better position for now.

Is this even a serious question? How can you not expect racist or crude answers by asking such a question?
I don't think either side is winning since there is no peace and no Palestinian state. The Palestinians are just 'losing' more as long as they continue to kill each other and support terrorism against Israeli civilians (as opposed to violence against political and military targets, that, in theory, might have some legitimacy).

at the moment there is no war. just both countries trading air strikes. as in hamas and israel.
so no one can be winning it, but my opinion is Israel is trageting goverenment offials and military bases who Israel thinks are helping launching the rockets. Hamas is just launching rockets into Israel not caring where they land.
I just dont get what else Hamas and Fatah want. Israel gave them land and all they do is make a huge mess, killing each other. it that Hamas dosnt really care for peace, just killing its enimies.

well..
There is no war as I assume you imagine. however there is terror attacks against Israel and mainly to its inhabitants.
Israel in order to stop the terror responds by bombarding hostile targets held by the terrorists .
Eventually there is neither winner nor loser here. Both parties suffer from unnecessary casualties.
Peace should be implemented there ASAP !!
