if you want to lose 24 lbs. for the summer than you can do the diet i did eat 3/4 of your meal no soda no candy exercise by treadmile or just walking a 1/2 an hour every day you will lose weight in just 3 weeks i lost 17 lbs.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Try a quick fad diet if you want to lose weight fast. The continuation of your weight loss prior to the diet depends a lot on your eating habit after your diet.

I tried this cabbage soup diet (Modified!) and I lost 10 pounds on it. It's not too hard to follow this diet but you need to prepare the soup as your main staples.

Here are the modified recipes of cabbage soup diet. The modified one contain a lot more good fat to fulfill your body need without making your waistline bulge.

Ingredients:
• 1 Bombay onion or garlic(chopped)
• 6 green onion leaves (chopped)
• 1 big cauliflower(chopped)
• 6 fresh tomatoes(diced)
• 2 pieces of paprika (chopped)
• Celery (chopped)
• 1 fillet of salmon (without skin) (chopped)
• Salt and pepper
• Oregano powder
• Water (adjust the amount to your preferences)

Instructions:
First sprinkle the salmon fillet with salt and pepper, add a sprinkle of oregano. Leave it for a few hours.

Mix all of the ingredients into the water and boil it. Cook it until they are soft.

Eating plan:


Day 1:
Eat the soup accompanied with watermelon and melon for your main food all day long. Consume a glass of unsweetened cranberry juice before you go to bed.
Day 2:
Stop eating fruit at all! Consume your soup and you are allowed to eat green salad. Make sure the salad contain no dressings, peas and corns.
For dinner you can consume roasted potato or baked potato with butter (don’t ever think to fry it)
Day 3:

Consume the soup, salad and fruit but no potato today.

Day 4:

Eat the soup accompanied with a glass of skimmed milk. Consume 8 pieces of banana to provide your body enough energy. Your body now need carbohydrate and protein also calcium to lessen body need for sugar.

Day 5

Eat your soup again. Today you should consume salad and salmon fish. Make sure the salmon fish don’t exceed 10 ounces.
Day 6

You should consume maximum 10 ounces of meat along with your soup. You need the protein here.

Last Day
Consume 4 table spoons of rice with vegetables. Drink fresh watermelon or melon juice without sugar and eat your soup also today.

cardio is the way to go, you dont necessarily need to diet a ton just eat healthy and right. If your going to exercise your going to become very unhealthy, very quickly if dont eat well.
