Yes it is. Climates are very dynamic and weather systems move around the planet. For example, if it rains at your house the chances are that the rain was picked up from seas and oceans thousands of miles away.

There are some places that are affected more than others but that's more to do with the geographical and geological features of the individual countries than their position on the planet. Although in general, the areas most affected by global warming are those furthest from the equator and the coldest regions.

Yes, the whole Earth is affected by global warming. The most resent information I've seen seems to suggest that global warming may actually cause an ice age, but shutting down the deep water currents from all the melting ice.

again, both hemispheres are affected by global warming, the ozone layer is spread out throughout the globe.

Our whole world is effected by it. It is like a big chain reaction....and it won't stop for a while, even if we all stop driving cars today.
Every person, every animal, and every plant and tree is somehow effected by global warming in one way or another.
