over the past year i have gained about 15 pounds, resulting in bigger breasts. i went from 95 pounds to 110 (im 5 feet tall) my breasts were small, probably around large a's - small b's and now they are large b's. im not happy with any of this and i intend to lose the weight i have gained.

will my boobs go back to their original size pre-weight gain? will they become droopy?

what comes to mind is nicole richie, she doesnt really have 'excess skin' or whatnot. will i? im young.

i dont think you will have any skin sagging - people who lose much more than that can have it.
the thing with weight loss is that we cant target any specific areas of our bodies (unfortunately) so when you lose weight it might come off body parts you didnt want to.
but...when women lose weight - breasts are the first ones to lose fat tissue.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/ca... This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.

Best way to lose weight is NOT a DIET. Change your lifestyle and start with weight watchers..you eat anything that you want but in smaller portions. You also need to run or jog or do aerobics and then do anaerobics by doing some light weight lifting. the combination will make you lose the weight and keep it off. there is no easy way to lose weight quick, b./c the weight you lose is just water weight and it will return soon after you start back to your normal routine. The race in losing weight is not to the swift but to the one that perseveres. You have to be patient. It took a long time to gain and will take just as long to lose it.

Best of luck!

Your weight sounds fine for your height. Nichole Ritchie should be the last example you should follow. Starving yourself isn't the answer. You'll just succeed in making your health poor.
