A Perfect human being as per hinduism is yet evolving

Present human is a transitory between animal and divine .... it is imperfect and still evolving. This evolution as per hinduism is not of the body but of the mind.

However for the present human, perfection is taken as a person who keeps a balance between polarities.

Krishna explains in geeta as to who is fit for enlightenment (which can be taken as example of a near perfect person)... as per Krishna the one who is unmoved by both happiness or pain, the one who does not torture anyone, including himself in the name of tapas, and the one who does not do karma for his personal benefits, the one who takes all living beings as manifestations of god, is perfect person

Till now there has been only one perfect human being that is incarnation of god as Krishna.

We are imperfect that z why we are humans

The perfect human being would be the one that the most closes to God. To be close to God you have to reach the state where your mind has full control of its desires, and the five flaws in humans.
Them being Kaam, Krodth, Lobh, Moh, and Ahankar. Kaam is lust, Krodth, is anger, Lobh is greed, Moh is the strong attachment to worldly possessions and relationships, Ahankar means false pride in one's possessions.
