If I were the Dean, a letter would be informative, but my heart strings would not be influenced. You did a no-no, and deserve whatever the policy says you'll get.

writing is so much more heartfelt <3 its really sweet of you to do that for her.. So try your best with the handwriting but don't stress. She isn't going to say "oh my gosh. He has ugly handwriting. I CANNOT have a relationship with him." The slight sloppiness might actually give you the "aw so pitifully cute" edge too! ;)

Yes, of course it would do good. I would for sure
go for it. Just express your feelings. If it brings a tear
