Nothing. You just need to get a regular trim. Also, prenatal vitamins help with hair and nail growth.

Olive oil is good for hair conditioning, shea butter is too. If your hair is oily you could try natural products that have some of these ingredients but are not oily. what you consume is maybe more important. Be sure you eat enough protein, and that you aren't stressed. There are also vitamin and mineral formulas designed to help hair grow. You can get these in natural foods stores.

You can't put anything in your hair. Take vitamins. Omega 3 Fatty acids are great for your hair. You can find this in salmon & tuna. Taking prenatal vitamins is a good idea too, just be sure to eat a little snack beforehand, otherwise you might get naseous

A healthy diet will help your hair grow, not anything you put in it. Make sure you eat plenty of veggies, fruit, beans, grains, protein - you know the drill! - and drink plenty of water. This will help skin too. And avoid too much blow-drying and harsh products on hair.

nothing.it growns naturally.there is NOTHING on this earth that will make it grow faster within a month.If you want to make it grow about an extra 1/2 in IN lenght try rogan && also drink lots of water & take lots of vitamns & dont over wash hair!!

coconut oil and lanolin also makes your hair grow. As far as products you can use, I heard doo gro works as well.
