It is a combination of eating better and working out. Don't believe the hype that you don't need the latter. Weight loss has many variables, in particular if your body is getting to the point where it will "resist" taking any more off, which can lead to a myriad of health problems, including fatigue.
You have an excellent program outlined of sensible eating and cross-training, but I would think sensibly and give the routine three weeks to lose the desired weight. But don't force it after that time by knocking more calories out....I would focus on keeping the swimming at a solid hour per workout.

I'm assuming you're looking to get toned up for summer right? Well your diet is ok. Chicken and Tuna are great and eat red meat at least once or twice a week if for nothing else than the Iron in it. Swimming is great excersise, a fast paced walk is good too. I would suggest about 5 small meals a day. Don't cut out carbs just rplace bad carbs with good carbs and eat them sensibly. Darker is better. Try some strengthening excersizes as well. Muscle burns fat. You should definately try seeking the advice of a personal trainer. I don't know how long it will take. Nobody can really make that assesment because everyone is different. I do however think your weight is fine. If you're just trying to tone up then some light weight training would be better. You may however gain weight by weight training so dont be alarmed!! The good new is you've replaced fat with muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. I am actually trying to gain weight and in the process I have only gained 5-7 pounds but I have cut my body fay by 4-5 %. I do however feel much better and look much better. Remember though that the answers you get here can not replace the advice you would get from a personal trainer and/or nutritionist. It's not that expensive and just a few sessions with a trainer can get you on track!! I can't stress that enough and by all means don't get stuck on how much you weigh, but rather focus on how you feel, and your energy, and we are always our own worst critic so ask some close friends as well...good luck

Okay..to lose 1 pound you need to burn 3,500 calories MORE than you take in. A healthy rate of weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. The Hollywood Juice diet is a 48 hour program that will be probably cause you to shed the full 10lbs in 48 hours.( I lost 12)

I am 26 and brooding about the identical factor, however I desire to lose 15 kilos (I weigh a hundred thirty lbs). Heres the article: I ought to don't forget that who I am does now not rely on what I appear like, what the size says or what dimension denims I put on. You are 14 and most likely, along with your well consuming and pastime behavior, you are going to lose a little bit. But at a hundred and fifteen lbs and five'three top, you relatively won't lose any longer than 10 lbs. You are most likely very skinny now, and also you must revel in your prime college years. You gets busy and preoccupied with college and boys and discover that your weight isn't a giant deal, except you're obese. Continue what you are doing, however do not strain or obsess. I have determined that men do not like thin ladies besides. Its some thing that ladies consider they prefer, however they relatively could alternatively you be proper approximately the scale you're. Besides, in the event you lose an excessive amount of weight, you lose probably the most female side of your frame, your boobs, hips and butt. Don't get me improper, do not use that to get men, its off limits besides. I'm simply announcing, love your female curves, and do not you ought to be thin motive you'll be able to emerge as discovering every other side of you that you just are not completely satisfied with. It occurs to each lady. Be joyful that you're healthful and preserve your well behavior.

Diet and exercise is your best bet. Safe weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week, so at a minimum 5 weeks, 10 weeks maximum. Your diet plan sounds healthy, but you need to ensure that you are taking in enough calories for your body to function and exercise.
Good luck!

"please dont say you dont need to i just want to shed off a few pounds" ummm hello honey!!! 10 lbs is not "a few". I hate to say it, but, you don't need to lose weight. How old are you anyways?
I would reconsider or talk to a dietician or your doctor.
