According to the 1' 5lb rule after 5'0, 115 pounds. As long as you're at least 105lbs you'll be fine. You can't do an accurate weighing for yourself during the teen years because your weight and height change year to year. After twenty is more accurate; a lot also depends on your bodyframe:

the scale for female weight is
100 lbs at 5 ft.
and for every inch after that...5 lbs more....
...and 5 above or below that number is the healthy range.
for instance....
you are 5'3 so
100 + 5(3) = 115
115-5= 110 or 115+5=120
so you should be in between 110 and 120 lbs =)

i'm 14 and 5'5 and 110 pounds, but i'm supposedly below average, so i would say for a 5'3 person about 115?

125 LBS. But it really does depend. I am 14, and i am 5ft 5in and i weigh 130 LBS. Most my friends say i am to skinny. (there just jelouse :)) if anyone here days 110 LBS, dont belive them. 125 is the best weight you can be. if your under that, dont stress it. if your over it by a few lbs, dont stress it ither. If you weigh over 135 LBS, you might want to make some minor changes to your diet though. like eating a bit helthier.

Between 100-120 pounds. It really depends on your body type, and your muscle mass. Try not to go by numbers and instead go by your fitness level, how you feel and how healthy you are.
