thighs? The top half of me is perfect. I have a great stomach, i cant even pinch the fat on my stomach, strong arms, and my face isnt pudgy at all. Buy my butt and thighs are HUGE!!! i wear a xsmall in juniors for shirts, and a size 6 in jeans at american eagle. verrry wierd looking. I disguise it well, but im sorta getting tired of disguising!!! What exercizes can i do to make my butt and thighs smaller? its this or surgery!!

Keep doing cardio. Cardio is what burns fat. And if you have fat on your butt that's making it bigger, than that's will help reduce the size.
I wouldn't recommend much else because squats or lunges or such would just put more muscle on your butt and make it appear even bigger. As far as your thighs, cardio will help with that, too.
Maybe those are just your troubles spots where the fat comes off last, so you needa work a bit more to fix them.

There are no special exercises that reduce your butt size. What you need is to lose the fat by changing your diet and by doing general exercise (weight lifting and some cardio).
Don't starve yourself with diet though or you will kill your metabolism and end up gaining more fat in the long run.
Use these basic diet guidelines:
1) Eat six small meals per day.
2) Don't go longer than 3 waking hours without eating.
3) Base each meal on protein.
4) Reduce starchy carbs like rice, potatoes, pasta, bread.
5) Increase vegetable carbs (and some fruits) like broccoli, spinach, kale, carrots, bell peppers.
6) Drink 10 cups of water per day.
There are a lot more advanced dieting techniques but that should serve you well for now.

I disagree with the first answer completely! Way to go with the fourth though! (except that there IS special exercises). You need to do cardio, yes, but not more! You Do need to get all the fat off your bottom by : the butt lift machine; the PRECORE machine and YES squats and luges most definitely!! Just be sure to do 3 sets of 15-20 reps with each exercise and you will be thrilled with your new body semetry! I have the same problem and this has worked perfect for me since 1999. I have an associates in exercise science so along with my experience Id say..listen to me girl! Good luck :) and plan on sore muscles for a week!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Just dance. Turn the radio on and dance to your favorite song. You'll be working your legs and butt area and not really your arms and abs.
