He was shouting at me from inside his car with the windows rolled up. I was the only one driving through a school zone, well below the speed limit. He looked right at me and yelled something. He did not follow me or pull me over. No one else was there.

This keeps happening. What do they want? I am frustrated because I can't appease them or help them in any way. I am not a minority, so that doesn't explain it either.

you are talking about below the very slow school speed.
** I can't image you are driving slower than that. it is normally about 15 mph here. I would say he either wants

1. you to slow down to the actual school zone speed, not the street speed.

2. he wants you to drive on the correct side of the road.

3. he wants to date you

Hmm, this is very odd. I have never heard of this happening before. Were there children outside? In most cases, the speed limit in a school zone applies when children are outside the school walking around (like when the day is over or beginning). Ignore him or find an alternative route.

I will not comment on the minority bit....

How do you know he was shouting at you..I see these police all the time that have this earpiece for their cell phone..perhaps he was yelling at someone over the phone...by the way it must have been an older policeman...the younger ones know better than to yell at citizens. Policemen are your friends, they are here to serve and protect, not to harass and yell at you..next time pull over and speak to him, remind him he is working for you.

They either want a box of Krispy Cremes or he's been snorting some of the confiscated coke.

"He looked right at me and yelled something..."

If it keeps happening, apparently something is wrong.

So, roll down your window and find out what exactly he is saying to you.... then it won't be a mystery anymore.

Maybe you were going the wrong way or talking on your cell phone or he was in a hurry and you were in his way.
