I am able to take the covers off, but need to clean the foam inside, any suggestions?

Take them either to the laundry sink, or outside to the hose. Soak them thoroughly and use a tad bit of laundry soap- lather. Rinse. Squeeze and ring as much excess water as you can. Set them out in the sun to dry, turning them half-way through.

I'd wrap the foam in plastic garbage bags after it is completely dried (assuming it was washed) tape it closed and put the cover back on. It worked for me for the same problem.

Or do it in the tub, especially if you have a shower on a hose. When rinsing, let water run out because they will be really heavy when full. Squeeze as much out as you can and rinse again.

or if they are just dusty...put them in a lawn/leaf bag (the big green ones) and use your vacuum. You put the vacuum hose in the top and gather the plastic around it, hold in place with one hand and turn the vacuum on. it will suck all the air and the dust/dirt out of the cushions.
