As soon as minor marijuana possession is made legal, then they will stop arresting for it. Until then they really have no choice.

The judge in Florida got off with a slap on the hands. I feel this should be true for everyone!!
Quit wasting our money and resources for such foolishness. Though we are talking about a agencies (cops) who have there own rules of law and order, we can do it just do not let us ketch you doing it mentality....but some of us are legal and there is nothing they can do on a state level....

right now smoking pot is still illegal and it certainly is double for minors.police need to enforce the law.If you want Mary Jane legalized why dont you run for office and enact a law or repeal Mary Jane?
