Well, Fog, I see that you have someone here that perhaps makes you feel that way...Richard, why are you wasting your time following this man around? I see that you have no compassion, to the fact that some people cannot control the issues in their lives, as is happening to the fog...perhaps, Fog, if you were getting the proper treatment, you could trust some of the answers you got here..I don't think you are here trying to do anything but hoping for the answer that will reach out and really do something for you...in the meantime, stalking is not a very nice thing to do. It appears Richard,..that the only person you have answered here, is the Fog...wassup with that?...hey richard, do you have your own fan club here also? LOL

I am questioning your diagnosis. By BPD do you mean bipolar disorder or borderline personality disorder? Please also know that Bipolar is the current popular diagnosis due to drug companies pushing the dx to sell more drugs.

Either way many times these symptoms are not associated with either. However, due to the trauma, it sounds as though you may have some Post Traumatic Stress Disorder whichis more along the lines of your symptoms. It sounds like you may need to seek treatment for PTSD and Depression (they often co-exist) .

The good news is that these are very treatable with psychotherapy and medication (working best in combination of the two). Most people who seek treatment go on to have very sucessful lives.

Best of luck, you really can make a change and acheive your dreams

Having borderline personality disorder (BPD) can result in your feeling alone and unloved - even unlovable. BPD skews the perception of reality and triggers sometimes alienating behaviors. This does not mean that you are "crazy", unlovable, or even that different than the rest of the world.
When you are borderline, often you feel helpless and victimized. Those feelings are real but they do not have to stop you from advocating for yourself, from reading, from finding a qualified therapist and from making changes to yourself and your own life that benefit you and your health.

Borderline Personality Disorder stunts emotional development and maturity. You can help yourself so much just by realizing this and then applying this reality to things in your life that you know you would benefit from changing.

Medication sounds like your best bet for relief. I'm sorry that you're so down.No one is out to get you. If anything, they want to help you get better. It's hard for your loved ones to see you this way, friend.Get some counseling and be willing to take meds, should they decide to put you on them. Good Luck.

Changed your ID have you? It should be nice outside, up North at present. See BPD at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris at the foot of page 1, and pages 2, 4 & 6. Therapy is definitely necessary!
