I'm from Guatemala, the country that produces the best coffee of the world; so let me answer your question honestly: When you make coffee from coffee beans you are tasting 100% of the total taste of the coffee and you get more because you can taste it's freshness, the full body of the coffee, you can smell the aroma in all it's dimensions and the flavor and it's intensity; Now if you make instant coffee you can only feel the aroma and a little bit of the taste of the coffee and one of the greatest disadvantages of instant coffee is that it's freshness starts to be degraded!
So the best choice is coffee made from coffee beans!

coffee from beans is much better because it's more fresh, it just tastes better, don't drink instant coffee, it's nasty stuff

Coffee beans don't dissolve when you put them in water.
Also, it tastes better and is probably healthier. Which is a stretch, because coffee is terrible for you.
