I usually talk about christianity because it's the one religion that constantly tells me I'm going to hell. I really have no problem with any other religion. I have a jewish friend, and I know many pagans and even some muslims. And buddhists are nice as well.

Simply because most of Atheists are run aways from Christianity. There is a simple reason for this. The more they study Christianity with intellect and free thoughts the more confusing it is. It's very basic tenent called 'trinity' where 1+1+1=1 is a false equation on which modern Christianity is built upon and that goes against the basic teachings of all that Prophets that came before Jesus Christ which was to worship One true God.

I have lived in two other countries (Japan, Korea) apart from my own (US), and have visited others (England, Spain, France, Mexico, Canada). I am not ignorant of the beliefs in those countries. I find that the US is fanatical about religion, to a much greater degree than any of the countries I listed above.
The reason I focus on Christianity is because it is the driving force in the US. It has power, and is grappling for more. It is a dangerous trend in my opinion. If it happened to be another religion that was power-hungry in my country, then I would focus on that instead.
At any rate, I find the Big Three religions to be a threat to world peace and the advancement of humanity.

Well being as how Christianity is the dominating one in the country where I live, well yes it is the main one I think of and am concerned with. It wouldn't exactly make sense if I was more concerned with a minority religion here now would it.
See...these other smaller religions/beliefs in some sense share the same seat with us in the U.S., like us they are one of the minority view points next to the dominating one. They don't bug me, I don't bug them, we all mind our own business...and just look at each other knowingly and roll our eyes over the nonsense of the dominating group. We are on an equal page as the minorities, so there is a larger tendency for equal respect and minding ones own business.

Most atheists live in a Christian society so it is only lgical to point their guns in a Christian direction. And they have written off any and all religions as being valid because they claim they are all the same fairy tale.....only the story board changes, not the theme.

I know about all the different types of religion, it's simply that most of the people who attack atheists on here tend to call themselves Christians.

Christianity is one of the most judgmental religious groups, that's why. Most Athiest are aware that not all Christians are the same. I don't blame them. There's a lot of bigotry within Christianity.

Christianity is the most prolific and has done the most damage in this country. That doesn't make me ignorant of other religions. I'm well aware of Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Paganism, etc.
