I mean, my friend told me on the phone how her teen sister let her niece & her niece's friend climb a fence with her 8-month old baby, to call themselves taking a shortcut to get to another friend's house. Of course they tried to help the baby, but the baby was scared & crying, so the 2 girls called themselves THROWING the baby over the fence & the other gilr missed, so the baby fell & loss consciousness. How many years will these teens be in prison? This should be on the news.

My friend was knocked out alseep @ the time & didn't know a DAMN thing about what was going on until AFTER the fact. I hope my friend doesn't get arrested, too. She's an adult, & she called the police & the ambulance as soon as she heard what happened. She was crying to me. I feel bad for that poor baby. Those teens should've been locked up long time ago because they-especially the teen mother-has done the baby so much abuse & thinks it's funny, & has nerve to be pregnant with another baby.

I would be sickened and horrified if I witnessed that. Your friend should not get into any trouble, she did what she could. That baby should be taken away from those teens. The poor baby.

If I witnessed it, I would call the police and Child Protective Services. I have had to this in the past - on relatives - and would do it again.

Unfortunately, Texas CPS isn't worth crap where protecting children is concerned... but it's the law (to report child abuse to them)... and every once in a blue moon, they do get it right.

Any type of abuse that is deemed inappropriate by the general public is reportable abuse. Since you didn't see the incident, you can make a police report, but it won't do much good. Contact your local Youth and Family Services.

Ever hear of Child Protective Services? Call them! That's exactly the sort of situation they are supposed to handle. Because they don't hear about THAT, they attack ordinary Christian parents for obeying the Bible!

Please call CPS, foster care would be a much better place for the baby.
