If can't use my legs what can i do?

Swimming is not an option.... I can't swim?

1] can you swim? Use a paddleboard in the shallow end.
2] turn a bike upside down, and 'cycle' the pedals with your arms [ adjust tension so you have to work - I have seen wheelchair athletes use this method for training.]
3] continue to lift weights for arms, chest, back so you don't lose upper body mass - do straight leg lifts when your leg no longer hurts, until you get the OK to return to regular routine.

swimming i suppose.... i have horrible knees and play frisbee since the grass doesnt hurt my knees too much
