A place where you get candy-making ingredients for weddings, etc.
We have one in Peoria, IL, called 'the Decoraters' Grocery', which sells all that stuff, so probably if ya looked in the yellow pages maybe you could find something under food specialty stores or something like that.

a bulk food store* not sure where you live but here in canada we have a Bulk Food store where you can buy everything in bulk.and they have different kinds of white and choc.

AT THE GROCERY STORE IN THE PRODUCE SECTION.I JUST MADE SOME FOR MOTHERS DAY AS GIFTS.THE BRAND OF CHOCOLATE I USED WAS DOLCI FRUTTA MADE BY SACO.I LIVE IN SO CALI I PURCHASE AT ALBERTSONS BUT I'VE ALSO SEEN IT AT VONS.
