OOh. I have been tanning out in the sun lately and I would recommend using this tanning oil which doesn't turn you orange or tan you on its own but it aids with tanning. Like if you go out in the sun and spray it on then it helps you tan faster. But i did this just two days ago and forgot about the sunscreen and i have a bad sunburn in one area. If you don't sunburn easily this BANANA BOAT tanning oil is great becaues it has SPF 15 in it but there are different shades. If you are already starting out at a tan shade then there is one for that and there is also one for lighter skin. I would recommend doing about 20 minutes on each side. For a great tan and you might have to do this several times in a week for full results. But I wouldn't lay out in the sun for several hours at a time because i knew someone who did this and got sunburnt all over her body, and believe me, it is not a pleasant feeling. :]

it depends on how fast you tan, and how much you are out in the sun. Do alot of activity's outside and it shouldn't take long

I'm pretty fair. I have to get a light burn first before I tan.
