if you weigh 95 pounds you shouldnt loose any weight, its unhealthy. (depending on your age) i'm 18 and i weigh 95, if you look any skinnier it wouldnt look right. You could work out more and gain muscle to make your body LOOK more slim but be just as healthy. go jogging every morning and every night and dont over do it, thats actually bad for your body. I really dont think you should diet if you are that light.

How old are you? Why do you thing you are over-weight? Why do you want to lose weight? Female or male? Do you crave food when you are bored? How much do you exercise? If you do exercise, how do you exercise? If I know about you then I can help more, so I am just going to give you some general information.

You can lose weight by not eating or throwing up, but you can DIE or gain weight. It is not your pounds it is how healthy you are. A friend of mine is 120 pounds, but she is barely has any excess fat on her. Because she eats well and takes a demanding sport.

For myself I weigh 96 pounds and am 16 year old female. I am NOT entirely healthy. I probably have around 13.1-15% body fat, which I should have around 22% for a healthy female. I am trying to go for more walks/jogs/runs with my dog. Eat a little bit healthier food too. Around a year ago I started eating more whole grains and organic foods. I started eating junk food just because I was bored, and started eating fruits/veggies if I felt like I was eating because I was bored. I don't need or want to be a pound lighter.

There are some great websites that I have suggested below. Follow their advice for a healthy lifestyle, in your goal weight!!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
