ive been sick for the past few days with stomach problems, things like pepto-bismal work but only for a short time. If there anything stronger?

Dramimine is an over the counter nausea medicine. It works on car,plane and stomach nausea problems.

The anti-nausea protocol at the hospital I work at suggests patients stiff an alcohol prep pad first to decrease nausea. Personally, I think it sounds like it would induce nausea, but somehow it works!

You should go to a doctor and find out why you are nauseated - its difficult to treat the symptoms when you don't know what the cause is. But in answer to your question - there really is no "powerful" otc medication for nausea - prescription medication is alot more effective.
