it comming close to summer and im still a bit out of shape after x-mas and things and i'd like to get my legs, tummy an arms thinner 4 summer can u help?

Eat less, drink water only (or crystal light) exercise every day. (I joined an all women gym) try to eat healthier.

take 100 G of ragi as gruel 2 times a day,
medium walk 4.km twice a day.orange.grapes 100.g.
have 5 hours of sleep.do yoga/meditation for 3 hours daily.
no salt/sugar!?

eat well balanced meals with proper portions. drink lots of water. exercise at least 30 minutes every day.

check out weight watchers i like the program and then you could walk or exercise for 30 Min's.
