Has it ever occured to you that most of the women in the magazines LOOK like 13 year old girls? They're too skiny, you are fine.

Your weight is unique to you. A doctor will tell you the truth about your body weight in conjunction with your height, age, and body type. Being a 45 yr old woman who has worn every size from 5 up to 16 I can tell you that if you fit into2's and 4's you are definetly not overwight. You cannot however base your decision on what girls in magazine's look like. You are not finished growing and your hormones haven't trully kicked in. You r metabolism will change upon menstruation and hormonal activity. Eat healthy, you can eat good stuff, just try to stay away from french fries and potatoes. If you eat carbs, try to eat healthy carbs like fruits and vegies. As a rule, I say if it's white, it makes your clothes tight. Salads, poultry, and whole grains are the way to go. Remember, what you see in magazines is edited. The models do not all have beautiful skin, that is edited. The photographers have ways of hiding flaws and disguising bad spots on a person. Being skinny does not make you attractive. Most guys will tell you that they like a little cushioning on their women. Don't worry about being thin. Again I must stress that a doctor is the best person to tell you if you are underweight or over weight. You can trust them on this, they have no reason to lie. "Other" people aren't medically educated and are telling you things based on their opinion. In life opionions are like butts, everyone has one, and most people don't tell you the truth , they tell you what you want to hear, but a doctor doesn't care about what you want to hear, He tells you the cold hard facts. So get a doctor's opinion and tell everyone else to mind their own business until they graduate from medical school.
I am off to have an apple. Sweet, and keeps the tummy busy.
Have a good weekend.
By the way, if you are playing 2 sports, you may not be getting enough calories to fuel your energy expenditure. Which is not good, because your body will find it's nutrition by accessing muscle tissue and you don't want that. Eat good energy food and drink lots of water when exercising (sporting)

DO NOT base your assesment of yourself based on fashion models. Fashion models are typically a size 0-2 and Plus Size (sizes 16-20+) models are often size 8-10. if you are a size 2-4 you are skinny!
Also, forget about sizes, what the scale says or what size models are wearing. Sizes vary by the deisgner, the scale is no indication (a woman who is 5'3" and weighs 110 looks healthy, whereas a woman who is 5'9 will look downright anoerexic at 110), and a better gauge of your own health is to find your personal Body Mass Index and % body fat. Also keep in mind that muscle is more dense and weighs more than fat, and I think that everyone would agree that when it comes to weight, you'd rather have 20 lbs of muscle than 10 of fat. :)
Also, you're 13! At 13, you still have "babyfat", and are not fully grown yet. Keep active, eat healthy, and wait until you're 17 or 18 to start being concerned about these things. At 13, there's simply no way you'll look remotely like a girl in a magazine, since they are typically 19. You're barely a teenager, save yourself the mental anguish and just enjoy being young!

you're very healthy! many people would kill to be a size 2 or 4! i cant imagine why people would say that you're underweight, because you sound perfectly healthy to me! and playing basketball and lacrosse will definately help your figure, seeing as there is a lot of excersise in these two sports.and don't worry about your thighs and lets being larger than you'd like, these are some of the hardest muscles to control, and it's probably not even fat you see on your legs, it's most likely muscle from running.
most of the 20 year old women in magazines are seriously underweight, so dont look to them to be your weight "roll model"
remember, everyone's built differently, and i'm sure your body is perfectly normal!

Wow... DOn't look at models in magazines...
If they're 33 years old and are full grown and weigh 115 LBs, then they MUST be anorexic, or have some form of eating disorder... here's a though, get a lighter, and some gasoline, and light the mags on fire :)
Also, I'm 125 LBS, 14 , male and 5'5" and I'm 19 on the BMI scale, I'd assume you would be like a 20-21. I think overweight is 24+

you're fairly underweight and except you're attempting to look like a thinspo with an ingesting affliction i don't understand why you may prefer to lose to any extent further weight. for particular because of the fact you're going throughout the time of the developmental section being underweight can an likely will complicate that technique. I ask you to take that into attention, you do not might desire to drop some weight if something you may desire to benefit some.

BMI Index Analysis
Based upon your current Body Mass Index (BMI) of 20.4, you are currently classed as at a healthy weight.
A healthy BMI for your gender and age is between 20 and 24 and a reasonable weight loss rate is 1-2 pounds a week.
u know what is so awesome?!?! GOOGLE!!! you can go to the search engine and research it in depth. i can garentee u are perfectly fine and healthy, and like every one else said the women in the magazines are like paid to be unhealthy a bit ironic isnt it. well if it makes u feel better compared to u im very not healthy, just continue with whatever u'r doing and u'll be on the right track!!! there are other ppl in the world that only wish they could be like u so ur better off than most...no offense to the others...

Your weight is just fine. Please, don't go by the women in the magazines! Just because they are 20 years older means NOTHING. They may be unhealthily thin. You can only go by what is healthy for your height, and I know that 115 is just fine for someone who is 5' 3" tall. As far as getting tired easily, you may have a health condition that causes you to get tired easily, or, you may just not be as physically fit to handle such exertion. After all, running fast (sprinting) is very tiring because you're using an incredible amount of energy in a short period of time. Your thighs could be bigger because you may be taking after someone in your family with larger legs, or they could be all muscle. I'm almost positive, without even looking at you, that you're in fine shape and you have nothing to worry about.

You are fine with that weight, I am 5'4 and I am around 138 pounds, I'm just a tiny bit overweight; so you are shorter than me and you are 115 pounds, that is fine, it's good that you do sports, that is a great thing! Your sizes are good for you. I don't think that you are overweight nor underweight, I think that your weight for your height is just right. :)

Your normal, I think. It's best to check with a doctor, but I know how you feel if you want to hear what people might think on here to get a faster answer or whatever so I would guess that your regular from your height and weight.
