Yes, mostly when in a hurry. Usually if I do this, the amount is less than a nickel. Everywhere but at the gas station. The price is so ridiculous that I just can't let myself leave them anything.

True story: I paid for gas. The owner said I owed another 3 cents. Gave him a nickle, told him he needed it more than I did with his attitude. (Gas nozzle was dripping and I explained this - oh well.)
