I mean how do they know she was even in the hotel room when her parents left to go to the restaurant?

I was shocked to hear that the family left that little girl in a hotel room by herself while they went out to eat, and in a foreign country too, I think her parents need to be held accountable for their actions, all parents know that they should never leave a child unattended for any reason.I hope they find that little girl, but chances are they probably wont find her.
